Automatic Repair Loop
Is there a way to bypass Repair options on boot to login?
tried everything, options tells me there’s no admin. can’t open command prompt, can’t recover from image. Bootable flash repair not working.

Safe Mode with F8 should boot with minimal drivers, if you have a misbehaving driver.
Are Windows Automatic Updates enabled? If yes, and you have a bad update, Safe Mode should let you roll it back.
Your Mini should allow you to create a W10 Installer using Create+Download in BC Assistant. If you do, does the installer boot?
You can update the BCD and enable Safe Boot.
Can you select Safe Boot? When did this problem start? Is this a new installation of Windows?
See the description of bootmenupolicy in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/devtest/bcdedit--set.
cant Boot in safe mode. Not even from the command line. Booting safe mode from external windows 10 install tool doesn’t work either. Been at this for 10 hours, read every thread I could find on this. Most likely going to have to reinstall and start from scratch.
What is the year/model of your Mac (do not post the serial number)?
late 2014 Mac mini
This partition was created in 2016 just now starting to give me trouble. Noticed it was a problem when WiFi stopped working. Couldn’t even open the network settings to scan 🤷🏾♂️
yeah on an external flash drive. boot the installer from drive, clicked repair option, no results Tried everything that way. Every time I try to boot in safe mode it starts the loop again
Are you able to bring up the CMD prompt?
only when I boot from the flash drive. If I try it from the HD partition it says there’s no admin and to restart 👢🔁
tried that. Still boots the partition with “diagnosing your pc” & “preparing repair” messages
What am I looking for exactly? I’ve tried bcdedit commands multiple times only for the partition to still boot with the same messages
