Automatic Repair Loop

Is there a way to bypass Repair options on boot to login?

tried everything, options tells me there’s no admin. can’t open command prompt, can’t recover from image. Bootable flash repair not working.

Recovery assistant will not restart I forgot my device password and logged into recovery assistant and reset my password. When I selected restart, nothing happened, even after 10-15 minutes. I did a power off and power on with Command R and it took me back to Recovery Assistant. Where I am stuck. I tried accessing the startup drive, and when I pick my drive it also freezes at that point and does not restart.

If that doesn’t work. Then there’s basically no way to use the 3rd party programs again, I’m only stuck with an image of the disk?
