Importing Music Gives: Do you want the application "mediasharingd" to accept incoming connections?

Importing Some Music Began a Popup Message:

The Message:*

"Do you want the application "mediasharingd" to accept incoming connections?"

When this Began:

Having recently imported some mp3 files into the Music app, that is when this started to occur.

When the Popup Starts:

Upon login, I instantaneously get the above message. It then right away disappears.

A Screenshot:

To get a screenshot, I recorded the login session with my iPhone's camera and took a screenshot of it when pausing it while running the video with QuickTime Player.*

To Rid Of It:

To rid of it, I enabled Media Sharing and Home Sharing, and it went away, now having been blocked.

The Location:**

Hovering over it in Firewall Options of System Preferences, I get the item's location:

/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AMPSharing.framework/Versions/A/Support/mediasharing

What is this exactly?

I called Apple, and they're not certain. It seems I am all set, now having blocked it out. But what is this?
