Is there a way to retrieve music that I have previously purchased and download it onto my new iPod. If so, where can I find a list of that music?

If you are still using the same Apple ID, are in the same country, and the content is still available, you should be able to redownload fresh copies at no charge. Follow the steps in here:

I recently lost my iPhone with all my music on it. My computer does not have all of my purchased music on it. Is there a way I can download ALL the iTunes that I have purchased since 2013 and reload it to my new iPod?
