Late Delivery?

Has anyone been through this? At the start, the order status showed an estimated time range for delivery. When it was closer to the date, order status was changed to Arriving Soon and an email was sent to notify us that there may be a delay in order. For me, all was fine until the order status changed to a specific date and when the day actually comes, nothing was received. It stated the exact date that it will be arriving but until 9pm, it is not here yet... I am assuming my item will be late and they did not update the system, and the courier may be irresponsible for not updating on the delivery status for us consumers. I would not be as mad if they were clear in the estimated date of delivery and at least update us on the status but there were no updates since the last email. I guess all I can do is to wait and wait for an update... I am starting to question whether my next purchase should be online or I might as well just buy the products in stores.

By which carrier should the delivery have taken place? Have you already contacted that carrier?

If he doesn't know anything about it, contact the Apple Online Shop directly and ask for an explanation.

We, just users like you, cannot help you any further, sorry.
