Icloud Password app not populated with any passwords?

Has anyone entered information incorrectly in the Windows Icloud Password app and broken it besides me? I can launch the application. My keychain passwords all work. But the app is not populated with any data. No websites, passwords, or account names. I can launch the application, fill in my windows hello password, and the interface come up and says "All Passwords (0)"? This started after manually entering a new password incorrectly. Any ideas? I tried uninstalling and reloading, but no luck. Thanks

Hi CainTravis, We appreciate you reaching out to us. We understand that you are experiencing issues using the iCloud Keychain feature of iCloud for Windows.

It looks like you came from the article below. Have you had the chance to make sure that the "Passwords" section is enabled? Set up and use iCloud for Windows

Does it help if you disable the "Passwords" section, then enable it back?

Do you have an Apple device?

If yes and you are experiencing a similar behavior with your Apple devices, we recommend that you try the steps in the article below.

If iCloud Keychain won't turn on or sync

Since there are multiple factors that may cause this type of issue on a Windows computer, we recommend that you reach out to us here so we can take a closer look into the issue: Get Support

First, Thank you for looking at this issue I'm having.

I do have and use an iPhone 11. It has no issue and displays my saved passwords. The password check box has been turned on and off a number of times in iCloud for windows a number of times with subsequent Restarts and reboots. I also tried disabling and eventually removing the extensions for Google and Edge with no effect. I'm afraid to do anything to my phone without being told exactly what that action should be. In Safari on my phone, and in Google and Edge on the PC I am able to retrieve working passwords. In the iCloud Password app on the right side there are six little dots chasing around in circles. On the left side at the top it says iCloud Passwords with a search box underneath. Below that it says "All Passwords (0)". I am able to search but it returns nothing. Thanks again!

Update!!

I had contacted Apple Support a few weeks back. I explained everything as I did here. The tech said it was a Windows problem not a Apple iCloud for Windows malfunction. I begged for a way to roll back the changes made by me to my Apple keychain. Nope! I asked if they could just blow away my keychain and have me try and remember my 87 passwords (i#_yG74E&2idH2xP). Nope! it was explained that the problem was with my local machine. Most likely the registry but possibly the OS itself or some other program/App... Well today I did it. I was tiered of having to manually enter every password because iCloud and my PC would not Sync. I did a system restore! those of you not into Windows (Don't blame you) what this dose is Nukes the PC back to the stone age. Formats the HDD and does a fresh install of Windows forcing you to reinstall every peripheral, driver, program and app. This is going to take days but it is worth it to be able to sync my PC and phone again! Oh wait! It did not work! I wiped my PC for nothing. As I suspected the problem must be with the keychain. My bulletproof little phone apparently just disregards the screwed up password entry. While my PC running the iCloud for windows application trips over the screwup, Faceplants and goes hamster brain never to recover. Now I will be doing anything for the next few days other than reinstalling hundreds of updates, patches, drivers, add-ons, programs and apps. perhaps after that (and I stop crying) I will muster the strength to contact Apple support again to give them an update?

Oh. one more thing... In my first post I had wrongfully stated that the passwords were working just fine. that when I went to a website the iCloud system was populating the usernames and passwords just fine. This was not true it turns out. what was going on it that the Google browser had saved some of the ones I went to the most and that was where those were coming from. Now keep in mind the 6 digit codes were still popping out and I was entering them, but apparently that was doing nothing lol
