I’m trying to stream a download it Amazon prime movie from my iPhone 12 to my MacBook Pro via a lightning USB C cable. I’ve tried using the cable and QuickTime but not having any luck. Thoughts?

Thanks. I don’t have an internet or network connection. We are without power so limited to a lightening cable and 2 devices. Also don’t want to use my cell phone data as a hotspot for my Mac. Any other thoughts?
