Other documents showing large amount of data. However no documents exist in those folders. I even tried the delete Documents and Data and size stays the same. Would like to resolve the issue and suggestions or fixes on your end.

I appreciate the response but all steps have been followed in linked article. All devices running most up to date OS as of today.
