ICloud Storage Other Documents

Other documents showing large amount of data. However no documents exist in those folders. I even tried the delete Documents and Data and size stays the same. Would like to resolve the issue and suggestions or fixes on your end.

iCloud Drive full with no documents! Hello I get the message that my iCloud drive is almost full. Of course I deleted pictures and video... But when I want to manage the account, it tells me that I have 1,91Go of documents. Yet I deleted everything in my iCloud drive folder (I even deleted the trash and all the files that could be restored. There's no way I can find more file to delete (mail and messages weight less that 100 Mo in my storage!) Any help to get rid of those 1,91Go of "documents"? Many thanks

Files does not work Hello I paid for your storage and moved my files there, but now I see that all the documents I needed for my work can not be opened in the iCloud but they worked just fine, when I had them on my computer, this way I lost all the work!!! How is it possible, I don't trust your storage anymore!!! Thank you

icloud storage problem - used by other documents (icloud drive) but icloud drive actually empty Hello, I have this problem with my icloud storage where it says it is used by other documents (icloud drive). However, when I checked the icloud drive using the web and even the deleted items folder it is empty. I use an iphone and an ipad. I have even tried unchecking icloud drive from the apps using icloud in the storage. Even under manage storage and deleting iCloud drive (Other documents - Delete Data).

I appreciate the response but all steps have been followed in linked article. All devices running most up to date OS as of today.
