My work gave me an iPad, they were going to recycle it along with about 30 other miscellaneous older (2011 to 2017) or broken iPads, different ones. I saw an iPad pro A1701 with no issues but hairline crack ,It powers on. Charges & works but it's MDM locked by the company that returned them to us. Easy to remove, Impossible to remove?
The presence of a management profile indicates that the device is centrally managed by an Enterprise or Educational establishment. Devices that are configuration locked by an MDM platform can usually only be released from central management by the platform that manages the device. Be aware that Apple will not assist with removal of management profiles.
Unless you are lucky - and have the option to delete the profile from iPad Settings - you’ll need to seek assistance directly from the System Administrator who manages the device. Otherwise, the device is useless.

Impossible for you to remove. The company would have to do it.
