I have an iwatch 5 and a Powerlab chest monitor strap. Are the readings on my iwatch from the watch or from the chest monitor? I tried turning off the heart monitor on the iwatch but then got NO reading at all from the chest strap.

I did enter my Powerlab chest HRM strap into the health app but I don't find it shown in Data Sources. It shows only the Apple iwatch and my iphone. How to make it show up and take priority?
