Can’t download instagram

Hi, I have an Iphone 6s with iOS11, and my instagram app doesn’t work. I tried many times to download the latest version compatible with my software, but at the end of the download instead of the installing I always receive the notification “iphone couldn’t download the app at this time”.

I tried to restart my phone, log out and back into my account and checked if my memory was full, but everything else seems to work, the only problem is instagram. What should I do?
