I was freeing up space on Google Accounts and deleted some photos from there. I realized couple of days later they also were deleted from my iPhone. What's more, they were also removed from my iCloud!!!! Is there any way to recover them?

Your Apple ID was say example1@gmail.com the photos were saved in iPhone when photo application box was turned on in iCloud , you deleted photos from iPhone and they moved in recently deleted and erased permanently after 30 days .
However , you signed in from a web browser with gmail address and its password the same photos will also get erased as syncing was in continuation .
