T-Mobile account not supported on Apple.com

I am trying to set up my pre-order for the iPhone 13 Pro. When I am prompted to connect my carrier I get the message that my account at T-Mobile is not supported on apple.com. The only option it gives me is to buy a SIM-less phone paid in full. Anyone know how to remedy this issue? Thanks!
