if device with got manufacturing defect.will the customer needs to suffer

Device is with manufacturing defects.After the day i purchased 2months around lock down due to covid-19 . So after the lock down taken to the planet care.

1. Software format tried by apple care which not resolved the issue .

2.Screen replacement is done by apple and it was taken 20 days around. But after that also it is not resolved .

3.Again submitted to planet care.already 2 days gone after sublimation.

So will the device be replaced ? still how long i can suffer after getting the apple product which is apple's manufacture defects . Some please help .can't even use fully after 3 months of purchase. Not expect it from Apple.
