Can't update my iPhone to iOS 14.8

With WiFi turned on, it won't even find the update. So I turn it off. Then it won't download the update, so I turn WiFi back on. Then I tap the install button, and it either 1) doesn't do anything, 2) asks for my passcode, asks about offloading apps, etc then still doesn't update, or 3) gives me an error message that says "Software Update Failed - An error occurred downloading iOS 14.8" which is what it keeps giving me now.

My battery is at 62% and I've tried updating while it's plugged in. I have 60.8 out of 64 GB available. I've turned my phone off twice. I don't have the Beta Profile thing. I don't know what else to do.
