My last action...trying to reboot holding the "d" for Diagnostics and received this error message 0x000000000000003, Cannot load"EFI/Drivers/TestSupport.efi" What should I do to correct this? iMac 27 Late 2012

That is pretty much normal for a 2012 Mac Mini that has had the drive replaced or has been reformatted and upgraded to a later macOS. In short, that original efi partition with the original hardware test is gone and the later diagnostics test will not work.

Oh dang, yes I get it. I had issues with the iMac (a constant beach volleyball). As colorful as it was…it drove me crazy. I shut the Mac down and held command + R, (erased drive and reinstalled new macOS). So there we have it…my excuse for a new Mac.. 🤣😂🤦♂️😃👍

However because it getting so late in the game, I would encourage you to replace instead of spending a wad on upgrading the 2012 iMac.
