iPhone 8 Plus Battery not charging
I have a iPhone 8 Plus, only 6 months old, and the battery has suddenly gone crazy !!! I was using it to make a call and it suddenly went flat and then restarted and was then showing 1% battery level. I plugged it back in to charge it up but it won't charge. It still is working but you can only use it for 1 minute or so and it will switch of and then restart. This has been going on for about 5 days now. I cannot check on Battery Health in settings as it is saying > Battery Service.
Sometimes when I pick it up it will be showing 71% charge but then it will change back to 1%????
Any one else had this problem? I assume it needs a new battery OR is it a software problem?
