My Mom passed away and I do not have sign in information for her Apple TV. I’ve tried old emails and passwords. I have my own Apple TV account and was hoping to connect my phone app to television, but no luck. Any advice on retrieving lost info and/or adding my account without her info?

You may want to speak to the Apple Support staff about closing her account.
To use her Apple TV device with a different account for a new user, please reset to factory settings first.
