Multiple copies of MTLCompilerService in memory

Activity Monitor is showing 14 copies of MTLCompilerService under 'Memory' using various amounts of RAM between 7.6 MB and 28.3 MB of my 32GB.

I know that it doesn't seem like much room is being taken up, but I wonder if a problem might be building up?

Will changing to Big Sur change anything?

Edit: Just noticed the same with "Google Chrome Helper (Renderer)". This has 15 entries varying in size from 16.8 to 106.5 MB.
