POOR Battery Health

I purchased iPhone 11 Pro, after 8,9 months of use my phone was suddenly dead. I claimed and apple replaced my phone. Now after six months my battery health has drastically been reduced to 81% . I use original charger and charge with care. Why this has happened to the battery, is it a problem with replacement phones or there is an other issue? please also guide me what should I do now?

As the phone is out of warranty have Apple replace the battery at 80%

That is an unusual amount of drain if it indeed went from 100 to 81% in 6 months, and it was Apple who replaced it. A genuine battery should do 500 full charge cycles before getting to 80% , but it is out of warranty now.

The only thing you can do to preserve battery health is charge overnight all night so that Optimised Charging comes into play.
