iTunes disabled my account so I need help

Can you help me it my account available so I can add my payment in? I’ve been contacting support system and tried on my iTunes account it still saying disabled so help me. You guys Keri g sending me this info instead of helping me

Click on the "contact Apple Support" in the instructions below from: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support


If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.

When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.
