the question (iPhone 13 pro)

I would like to ask if there is a difference between the iPhone 13 pro for American buyers and for Russian buyers. on the website apple.com (USA) if you look at the pictures of the new iPhone 13 Pro, you will see something that resembles the same Slot as for a SIM card, but under the power off button of the device. on the website apple.com (Russia) in the picture of the iPhone 13 pro there is no such "slot" under the button to turn off the device. I would like to know your opinion about what it is and why. Thanks.
