iPad Pro 2018 SMC Panic

Hi,

my iPad just restarts itself in between (just before a pink screen flashes). It restarts again directly afterwards.

There is no special trigger. It just happens in between.

In the analysis data there is a Panic_Full report that shows a SMC Panic.

Already tried a complete reset without backup, but that didn't improve anything.

Thanks a lot.

It might be a hardware (digitizer or other internal component?) problem, but we, just users like you cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.

I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Giulio
