You imported a large number of old extensions when you migrated from your previous mac.
This was a bad idea.
If you had opted to migrate just the user accounts and not the other stuff, you'd start off with a nice system and leave all the old cruft behind.
I can't say which in particular are causing trouble, but extensions built for 10.9 or even 10.6 (in intel macs) are likely to not work without issues in Big Sur on an M1 mac.
You have Startup Items, which have been discouraged and deprecated for a looong time.
I strongly advise that you make sure to have updated Time Machine drive, then erase and install a clean system, and finally migrate ONLY the user accounts (not applications, settings or other files).
