I certain contacts that can’t call me after the update , I checked all settings and blocking nothing wrong

Can you tell us what happens when these contacts try and call you? Do your receive a missed call notification? Are these contacts able to still send you a text message? The more information you can provide, the better we will be able to help troubleshoot with you.

We also suggest taking a look at the article below and double-check that you do not have Focus or Do Not Disturb enabled which can allow you to adjust who is able to contact you.

If you are able to make calls, the device shows cellular signal, then you need to contact your carrier. They need to check why those calls are routed to the voicemail, not to your phone.

What happens when they try to call you?

And for their unsuccessful attempt to call you, do you see the call record under Recents tab in Phone app?
