"iTunes Cannot Run Because Some of its Required Files are Missing"
After today's update I get the erroro message above
How do I fix this?

The only option that seems to work is to uninstall version 12.12, install older version https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1816?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US which will not like your old library but if you Apple Software update and update ONLY to 12.11 it will work. IGNORE the 12.12 update and other updates until the situation is resolved by Apple.

Did you follow the procedure I did ?
It should work once you have updated to release 12.11
This can be fixed by changing the windows user interface to english US

Same problem here and one of my friend his windows 10 version in English language and he is not facing this issue and my pc in different language !
Did you just install the file while the iTunes with problem still in the computer or you unninstaled the previous iTunes?
I uninstalled the previous.
And do you lost your library or when you install the new file all of your songs appears on iTunes?
You don't lose anything, all the files are safe
My bought (from iTunes store) musics were ready to download and those locally stored could be located by adding their folder on iTunes preferences (they stay out of the iTunes media folder.)
For German users: I downloaded Vers. 12.11.4.15 from https://itunes-64-bits.de.uptodown.com/windows and it works fine with German Win 10.
In Microsoft Store-->iTunes downloading there's a message that says: "iTunes is currently not available". ¿Is there another web page to download this new iTunes version for Win10?
It's fixed now with release 12.12.1.1 which I downloaded from Microsoft Store !!!
