Will I be able to access the Thailand app store while using a Pakistani credit card?

Hello, I live in Thailand and I have a Pakistani credit card. Will I be able to access the Thai App Store? when I first connected my card years ago to my app store on iPhone, it automatically connected me to the Pakistani app store. I want to be able to use the Thai store since I'm living here and I need a lot of the apps that are used here. Is that possible?
