I have just acquires an esim fir my Iphone SE. In order to use both phone numbers for calls should I leave my Mobile Data on all of the time? It is unlikely that I would need to use my mobile data for anything else.

Yea, you can leave your mobile data off. It will for sure save you a lot of juice!
If you don't need mobile data as you say, its better to keep it off as it will save you a lot of battery. However, you won't be able to send/receive I messages or face time calls if you are not connected to 4g or a wifi network.

It’s unlikely that I would make many FaceTime call using my Iphone so I guess I can leave my ‘Mobile Data’ switched OFF and my ‘Data Plans’ switched ON until needed.
Will this effect any phone calls I make?
