With iOS14, I had set Do Not Disturb so my phone was silent only when my phone was locked, but when I was on my phone, I had notifications turned on. Now I cant seem to find this option in iOS15... Do you know if there is a way to turn off Focus mode when my phone is unlocked?

See Using Focus article. The first option should work the same as DND but you may have to check settings. You also now have the option to show notifications on lock screen but still not making sound.
