Black to apple logo

Why does my new iPhone XR go to a black screen then go to the apple logo it won’t stop I have tried restarting doesn’t work and it’s completely unresponsive please help

Black Screen My iPhone 11pro has a black screen with just the apple logo. it been like these now for 2 days. How do I fix it? have tried to restart it and that didn't work.

new iphone 11 black screen with logo brand new iphone 11 is stuck on a black screen with the apple logo. I was going through set up and it took me to a software update and when it looked like it finished it was a black screen with the logo. it will go completely black and if i tap it the logo will pop up for a few minutes.
