How to contact apple in a email for a refund of all purchases

What email is best to contact apple with ?

about retaining My purchases

by keeping me locked out of my Apple ID’s

I am unable to access multiple Apple ID’s And when I go into recovery it tells me

in X amount of days or X amount of hours

I will receive instructions on how to reset my password

I have never once ever received instructions to reset my password ever once !!!!

I’ve been told this and I’ve never received one single shred of instructions ,

email or text .!!!.

might I add that my first Apple ID I had for over 10 years never gone in recovery ever !!

Now I have over 15 to 20 Apple IDs so many I can’t remember them all I’ve made the password “password XXX” and I still seem to be locked out

I think device management or parental controls has something to do with it

however they tell me My device or devices are not on parental controls or Device management despite my Apple iPhone saying on the screen I need a parent or guardian to sign in for me

a representative told

me that it says here that im a child under 18

my saved credit cards disappearing from my brand new iPhone As well as a Apple representative telling me that there’s an iPhone 12 and a tablet signed into my apple id currently

the one that I’ve been locked out of for over 18 months and they just can’t seem to reset the password .

I have my drivers license United States government ID and the credit cards I purchased these with

I would like a refund or my purchases back somebody please direct me which way to go because I definitely want my money back or my purchases .

thank you for reading

Apple doesn't do support by email unless they initiate it. In addition to the general "Get Support" link at the top right of this web page, here are other common ways to contact Apple:

Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

or:

Contact Apple for support and service --> "See a list of Apple phone numbers around the world."

Click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT201232

Alternatively, we on this forum may be able to provide assistance but we are just other Apple product users like you. We have no special access to your accounts or information so we can only guide you as to things you can do yourself. One definite issue I can see is the large number of Apple Accounts you have made. Realize that each ID is seen by Apple as being a completely different person and interaction between them is very limited.
