is there a fix yet for the keyboard to work while using the phone to dial an extension?
it hangs up and says the call failed. This is a huge issue with my work and in emergency events. This happens on every number not just specific calls.
can this phone be returned for a different one if there is no resolution through Apple? I need a phone that works for $1400.00.
