Icloud email looks different

My Icloud email looks different since 2 days ago. Has there been an update? I usually log into my icloud email through Google Chrome on my Microsoft desktop. The graphics on my icloud email looks decidedly different. How I select and trash my emails were different too. My email draft used to be on a separate window which I can move around on the screen, but no more. I have to save or discard the draft when I want to access other emails or files on my desktop. Icloud mail used to be able to retrieve an email address not saved on my contact when I simply start typing the addressee's names , but no more. Lastly - possibly one of the most annoying thing - when I click on the "Sent" box, ALL the emails I've sent showed up in my name! Why is it necessary to show the sender's name when it is obviously only me. It would be alarming for someone else to send emails through my account. How do I display the addressee's name in the "Sent" box?

I called Apple Support and was told that they are aware of the problems with the new iCloud version on PCs and are working to address it. That was 5 days ago and still no update from them at all. Very frustrating.

I have the same question. The other, most annoying part of it, is that I used to be able to drag critical emails into folders such that they are saved. The "drag and drop" function no longer works either and I have to press three different buttons to accomplish the same task. Although the new look is visually more appealing, I find the functionality to be decidedly less functional than the old interface through Chrome.
