iPad won’t give low battery warning

I am currently in breakdown mode.

and it’s all because this thing won’t alert me when it’s on low battery.

your battery dies.

and you didn’t friend anybody.

Now, in my opinion; I am not obligated to check every second my battery percentage. And my hyperfocus just makes this worse. So, with a low battery warning, I can go and charge my iPad. But recently, it has not been alerting me. And this is frustrating, and can trigger easy meltdown/breakdown for my neurodivergent self. Mainly for the reason of missed opportunity. I’ve been spiraling, having things add up in my brain as I had a good cry as I scrambled to rejoin. But to no avail. I am SICK of this, Can someone tell me how the HECK to fix this??? Seriously, it’s not even annoying anymore. It’s just despair.
