Line item greyed out for a refund

I have been charged both for my new, Youtube subscription (family) and my old one (premium individual). When i request a refund for the old subscription, the line item is greyed out and unavailable for selection. What do I do.

Youtube Premium refund Hello. Yesterday I accidentally purchased Youtube Premium (4,99$) instead of Youtube Premium Family (7,49$). Directly after few minutes I paid for Youtube Premium Family. UX for refund not working I have family music subscription I have never used that I was charged for. I also unknowingly was being charged for AppleTV and Apple Fitness+ for months. I requested refund for music family but cant get past UX form or bolt. I need customer service! Charge went to apple credit card. How do I get access to someone?

Unable to request a refund. My (very expensive) F1 TV Pro subscription stopped working on the iPhone App and on the content provider's website. They can not fix or find the payment and have informed me that I have to request a refund from Apple and then re-subscribe. I have tried following the Apple process but I can not select this specific subscription for a refund when I follow the process. I can't find any other way of escalating this.
