Hi, When I connect my SONY WH-1000XM4 headphone to Apple TV 4K(1st Generation) and start streaming any programme, Apple TV switches off after 15 minutes. It seems headphone is causing Apple TV to go to sleep. I tried disabling the "SLEEP" setting but this problem still persists. I have also tried connecting headphones directly to the TV although the exact same issue occurs. If the headphones are not connected there are no issues with the Apple TV.
Do you have an audio system connected that might have its own power-off timer?

Thanks, that’s exactly what was happening. Bose soundbar had an auto sleep after 20mins. Strange I have had the same setup for at least a year with no issues. After syncing the new Apple TV remote the issue started. Can’t even think of a reason why the remote would trigger this. Regardless all fixed, set sound bar to never sleep, problem solved.
