lost access to appletv+

I'm supposed to have apple tv+ free until December 30 (having bought a device). Last night, I had to change my apple id password, and now I've lost access to tv+, even though its home screen says I'm signed in.

Advice, please?

Verify that the subscription is still listed as active. That would not be influenced by a password change. But it has to be still the same account.
