Missing dns record

hello. I use mbp in corporate closed network via dynamic vpn. Mac integrated in Active directory, but Big Sur didn’t send A record to DNS. I can see my laptop in ActiveDirectory, but get error, while try to

connect or something. On 10.x devices work well.

how can i enable sending dns records to server?
