How to change the time on my iPhone?

only I need to change the time between UAE Abu Dhabi now I need the time in Lebanon ,

also I don't know how to open the Services Location , I tried many time is not succeed .

Change the date and time on iPhone

Go to Settings > General > Date & Time.
Turn on any of the following: Set Automatically: iPhone gets the correct time over the network and updates it for the time zone you're in.

How to turn Location Services on or off for specific apps

Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services.
Make sure that Location Services is on.
Scroll down to find the app.
Tap the app and select an option: Never: Prevents access to Location Services information.
