Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Files sent to recycle bin without authorization and cannot recover them.

Recently after the iOS 15 update, I realized that many of my files stored in iCloud were moved to the recycle bin without any consent.

I tried to recover them and apparently they are, but the server crash continuously and they return again to the recycle bin without complete the recovery action.


Recycle bin:


After recovery, the bin looks empty for a while.


Then this message:



Even tried to do the same feat online and still getting this server crash:

Some ideas on how to solve this issue?

We understand that files stored in iCloud are being moved to Recently Deleted without you choosing for them to do so. We'd like to look into this with you to see how we can help.
