Yes it will…..I have an iPhone 13 pro and it fixed it by doing erase content and restore from back up.
That is an interesting development. Many have tried and it has not had any affect.
I see Apple have released an update (iOS 15.0.1) to fix this which I’ve installed and now working fine.
