updated to Catalina 10.17.5

After this update, I no longer can open my xfinity email. :(

What can I do to fix this? Thanks!

Is this isolated to xfinity ?


Are you saying you use browsers mail...?

Is this related to the Safari. browser only..?


Painting a bigger picture would help in guiding you to a resolve

Thank you! I now know how the answers to all those questions would be helpful. I did get a fix from Apple as they are aware of this issue. It wasn’t just xfinity and I’m not sure if it was happening just in Safari, because my 2013 iMac desktop was running so slowly. I spent two hours with them on the phone, but thankfully, the “patch” they sent did eventually work. I can now see my email again on my desktop! Thank you for your swift reply!
