Cellular issues with iPhone 13 Pro Max

Is anybody else struggling with cellular issues with their new iPhone 13 Pro Max? I’m with T-Mobile and seemed to have struggled with either the eSIM or the physical Sim. I initially couldn’t connect with android phones (text or call them). Eventually, One of the Sims was disabled and I was able to text or call android phones but I could no longer connect with the T-Mobile support agent. She couldn’t call me and I couldn’t call back. The call would just fail immediately.

when I’m not on Wi-Fi, the phone thinks I’m not online and Apple Music would not work. I could text, use maps… Random things would work and not work.

Anyone going through the same issues?

Tmobile finally solved it for me. Took a whole day… You might want to call their tech-support but essentially you have to remove the physical Sim. They need to make sure that their

service is running on the esim. It was a bad idea to have both installed. The phone has been working since for me. Hope it works out for you too!

Similar with my iPhone 13. Ordered from Apple as a T-Mobile phone and thought it would be set up for esim use. Did transfer from my X and could make a call but not get SMS, could not enable WiFi calling, and no cellular data. Went to the store and they put in a physical SIM. Phone now reports 2 lines (both with the same phone number ?!) but the esim one (shown as Primary) has been turned off. Rep at store theorized that T-Mobile is having a problem at their end, but who knows. I’d prefer just an esim so will give it some time and try reenabling.
