Blocked Senders in Mail

The issue of blocked senders has frustrated me for a long time. I recently checked all my settings in Mail on my iPhone to ensure that senders I mark as ‘blocked’ will ‘move to bin’. All the settings are correct and yet still I receive the same ‘blocked’ mails in my inbox. Please help me as to why this still happens.

We’d like to gather additional details that may help us be in a better position to assist you. Do you have multiple Apple devices? If yes, have you had the chance to make sure that the same settings apply to all your devices?
