Apple TV+ show will not play on my firestick

I have tried to reset several times and have not had any luck.

Every time we try to play an episode, the screen says "Video Not Available. There's a problem loading this video. If this continues, check your internet connection."

We did that and there are not any problems with our connection.

Also, our firestick is able to play other things from other providers (Netflix, Amazon, etc).

My Apple TV+ subscription renewed this week and I think this is the first time we have tried to watch something since the renewal. Does that have something to do with it?

Help please!

We see you're having some issues playing Apple TV+ content on your streaming device, and we'd be happy to help out.

Be sure to check for any updates to the Amazon Fire TV Stick. If needed, we were able to locate this page from the manufacturer for help with updating: Update the Software on Your Fire TV

You can also try uninstalling, and reinstalling the Apple TV app: Uninstall Games & Apps on Your Fire TV Device

If it continues to have issues, ensure you can login to your same Apple ID as normal here, as a test: Manage your Apple ID
