iPhone 12Pro Max Restore update to IOS 15

I am trying to restore or update my iphone 12 Pro Max but i get a message "could not be restored because the firmware file was corrupt"

I tried to do it just on my phone, on my Mac, I've tried t restore it on my Mac, I erased all info on my phone to start new, did not restore it, just went for the upgrade and still the error. I am not getting an error code on my phone or Mac.

Any Advice?

Thanks,

Jeff

It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images/pictures speak louder than words.
