Macbook fan

I have the macbook pro 13’ 2020, it seems like only 1 fan is working? I dont know if its got two. The right hand side is blowing hot air and making a loud noise. However the left hand side has no air coming out and not even warm to touch compared to the other. Is it broken ?

This fan is constantly running on a very high RPM and the bottom of the laptop seems to get hot fairly quickly. The fan(s?) are always in the clear as I use it on a stand, so insufficient air circulation does not seem to be the issue. I also tried the SMC reset, which was not helpful. The activity monitor also does not show any major programs that might be running in the background to cause this issue. ....thoughts? I am running out of ideas. This is pretty disappointing so far. My old 2015 model has not caused any of these problems. Thanks in advance!

Fan/Battery Issue on MacBook Pro 13" I purchased my MacBook back in 2021 and it's only a little over a year old. It needs a new battery, but also the fan seems to be running at full power constantly, even when I tried opening it in safe mode. The vents are not blocked. I even tried cleaning them with some canned air just to make sure. The computer doesn't feel hot to the touch or seem to be running hot at all. My question is, if the fan issue possibly related to the battery issue or are these more likely two separate problems?

MacBook Pro running VERY hot but do not hear fans I have a 15-inch MacBook Pro Retina (mid-2014) which I am noticing seems to be running VERY hot recently but I do not hear any fans running at all. Is it possible the fans are failing?

Hi,

As far as I know, 13inch ARM MacBook Pro has one cooling fan.
