iPad Mini (6th Generation) - Guided Access Bug?
I’ve set up guided access on my brand new iPad Mini (released yesterday), but when I want to get out of guided access, and I click on the power/ID button three times, the password box pops up but the on-screen password keyboard does not respond. If I tap on a number, it simply does not register. When I try to reboot, by holding the power and a volume button down for 15 seconds, it doesn’t work.
Right now my two alternatives are to remote erase the iPad mini or to wait for the power to run out.
What’s going on? Is this a bug or something I’m doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
