I cant apply for the Apple Card

So last time I was able to apply for the Apple Card was in March 2021, and I got an email with my credit score of 677. After that, I have been trying to apply again and I keep getting the same message: You have applied a number of times and we cannot verify the information you have provided at this time. They told me to wait 30 days and so I did and is the same at this point is September 2021. I called the number and they told me that they don't see any applications in the system but the last one in March. I also called again and they told me they were going to open a case that was 2 months ago and I still don't get an answer. At this point, I'm very disappointed with Apple and they don't have an answer according to them. Is very frustrating when all they talk about is privacy and their customers but where is my privacy when they don't know what's going on?

Hi, the Apple Card MasterCard is a co-branded credit card. While the Apple Card has Apple’s logo and they help market the card, the Apple Card is issued and serviced by Goldman Sachs Bank. When you call the Apple Card support team your talking to Goldman Sachs, not Apple.

This is a user to user community that is hosted by Apple, but neither Apple or Goldman Sachs are here. The members of the community are users just like you and some volunteer their time to help fellow users.

Please contact the Goldman Sachs Apple Card support team for help with this matter.

CONTACTING — Goldman Sachs Bank

• Using Messages; chat with an Apple Card specialist

• Call toll-free at 877-255-5923; or

• Write to Lockbox 6112, P.O. Box 7247, Philadelphia, PA 19170-6112.

I will strongly suggest that you follow up via phone call to the number above and get the persons name. Get a time frame for a call back concerning your situation. If you have not heard from Goldman Sachs within the time frame, please call the person back and politely ask what is the status of your inquiry. I hope this helps and things workout for you.

I know this may be frustrating, but I would would wait 90 days before applying again. But in between then and know, I’d still call the number every week or so and ask for a status upgrade on your case. Ask if there is a case number so that you can follow up more efficiently. If you still have no response after 4 to 6 weeks, ask if that person has a superior that will talk to you or call you back with a more definite time frame for a resolution. Basically, be a polite PIA. Good luck!
