iPhone 13 pro - Pre - Order processing since purchased

when I pre - ordered my iPhone 13 pro, I was sent a "order confirmation" which is obviously normal for everyone.

I keep checking my order each day to see if anything has changed on it or not, so for the past nearly 2 weeks or rather 3 and a half weeks at this point it still says that my order is "processing" I completely and truly understand that I would expect this for a new product or iPhone, I also understand that a lot of apple's suppliers may be experiencing issues with parts for the new iPhones and other new products.

I would really like someone to tell me how long this should last for and when it should update, because I think this is a bit silly.

I hope that apple can speed up all orders for all the new products.

also could someone please get to the bottom of this question because if loads of YouTubers are getting the products EARLY???? so if they got the new products early to test out, why can't they just send out the orders for all the new iPhones 13, 13 mini, 13 pro, and 13 pro max, because that clearly isn't fair to all of us that they get the products early and that we all have to wait for ages to get ours.

I'm sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your order. It is normal for your order to be stuck on shipping until it is shipped.

Due to the release of the iPhone 13 series devices being recent, demand is high right now, so I'm sure Apple will appreciate your patience. You can find out more information regarding your order status at the link below.

You're a little misinformed. The delivery date range is just that. Your phone can arrive anywhere from October 8th to October 18th. It doesn't mean it will only come on the 18th. When Apple has your phone, your status on your order will go from Processing to Preparing to Ship. Once it is shipped, the status will again change to Shipped and you'll get a shipping notification with tracking information. Apple is very good at knowing their inventory and they try to get your ordered device to you the soonest they can and they often get it shipped sooner.

Remember they don't get your money until the phone is shipped.

2 more day, will be full 2weeks, I purchased on launch day the first min, and people who walked in apple store at 24th, it's already get the phone, so I don't know why apple makes a pre order thing, why letting people wait the first thing morning to pre order and get phone actually on month later, what is the point, and I order the iPad pro on the launch day too last year it's only take 5days change to prepare to ship, but this phone takes forever

It's been explained why. An order remains in Processing status until it is getting ready to be shipped. It's status will then change to Preparing to Ship and that doesn't happen UNTIL it's actually preparing to ship. Once it is shipped, the status will change to shipped, your payment method will be charged and you'll receive tracking information so you can track the shipment.

It's very simple.

Since Apple doesn't charge until a phone has actually been shipped, you can be assured, they would like nothing more than to speed things up. Of course that would mean they have to actually have phones to ship to people. But as already pointed out, this is an unusual year, with unusual circumstances, completely out of Apple's directly control.

hello sir, do you think apple will be able to deliver my items on or before their posted dates? I ordered my phones 7-10 days ago and they gave me an estimated date from october 26 to november 2, I am a little bit worried because these phones are presents which I will be bringing home to the Philippines, my flight is on the 29th of October, this is my first time ordering Iphone thru their website, and it is by door to door delivery, hope you could help, thank you!

We're not Apple, we're just users, but Apple is pretty good about hitting target dates.

That having been said, since they gave a date range and your flight is in the middle of it, there's no guarantee your phone(s) will arrive before your flight, it depends upon the shipper and their schedule.

You may want to double check if an Apple Store near you has a configuration you would like in stock.
